Can't somebody prosecute this man?
How about we just "frag" Ward Churchill? How is calling for the killing of line officers considered freedom of speech? Seriously, if there ever was a clear-cut case for treason, this has to be it.

Actually the reason people like Churchill and Jane Fonda and Nancy Pelosi for that matter aren't rotting in federal prisons is that this country has stopped formally declaring war. Once Congress declares war, all the rules change. But when they don't, these Tokyo Rose / Axis Sally types can say any outragous things they want, even if it's damaging to the war effort.
