Does Reuters even read their own crap?

Check out this "news" item:
ZURICH (Reuters) - Employers are having difficulty finding the right people to fill jobs despite high unemployment in Europe and the United States...
I thought unemployment in the U.S. was at a five-year low? It's at 4.7% last I heard. Is 4.7% now considered "high unemployment"?

Maybe if you average Europes unemployment with ours together, then the total average is high. But that would be because Europe has such high unemployment throughout so much of it.

4.7% is super low. Lower than Clinton's supposedly historic low unemploment of like 5%
