Pledge of Allegiance Unconstitutional?
Yup. That's what federal Judge Lawrence Karlton ruled today. Next up, the fabled 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, then the Supreme Court, minus a Chief Justice. Should be smooth sailing from here on out for Dread Pirate Roberts, and anyone else the President cares to nominate. That Karl Rove guy is a genius.

Just that one segment "under God" , which [wasn't even in the original pledge to begin with]!
